Walk, walk, and then walk some more. Get ready now to be a pioneer!
Use stairs instead of elevators... Park your car as far away as you can from your destination... Find a friend to walk a mile with... Use a pedometer to see if you can make 10,000 steps a day. Jog around your block a couple of times.
Find time in your daily schedule to prepare physically for Trek. Remember, you will need to do the pre-trek walk where you are required to walk four miles in one hour.
